The in Bormio, is comprised of apartments of 4, 6 and 8 beds and are furnished in the Valtellinese style and built with windows on all sides for the views and the beautiful sunshine.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment. There is also a television, telephone with direct outside line and a divan bed that may be used as an extra bed. All the bathrooms have a shower, toilet, bidet, hair dryer and a make-up mirror. Every apartment has a balcony or garden.

Bormio is both a summer and winter resort. Protected by the Stelvio National Park, in summer it guarantees the possibility of excursions, trekking, golf and summer skiing on the slopes of the Passo dello Stelvio whilst in winter the slopes and facilities offer skiing at the highest level. Its popular traditions, the Bormio Spa and its typical cuisine make it a unique locality.

The Residence has an agreement with the Bormio Baths Spa Resort – the fitness spa, a dive into the history of well-being that is ageless. The Bormio Spa is a mountain of well-being in the centre of Bormio.

During the summer Bormio and its valleys offer numerous routes for mountain bike fans (recently expanded). For keener cyclists there is also the possibility of scaling the legendary mountains of Stelvio, Gavia, Mortirolo, Bemina, Foscagno.
